Katie Cetinski is a shy, sweet, and optimistic writer who loves candy and bad puns. She was born and raised in Kelowna, where she lives on a vegetable farm with her parents and reads too many books. She loves to dance, binge-watch Riverdale, and sing at the top of her lungs. One of the best moments of her life was when she stood in front of Big Ben in London and heard it chime - something she’d dreamed of since she was a little girl. Katie is always up for going on an adventure to a new place, and taking pictures of everything she sees. She believes that aliens totally exist somewhere in the universe, and she doesn’t believe in ghosts (not really). Last year, Katie wrote a short play, Ashes to Ashes, and directed and performed in it at the KSS Fringe Festival. She plans to write more plays in the future. If she could have lunch with anyone, she would be overjoyed to eat with Julie Andrews, whom she admires for her performances in two of her favorite movies: Mary Poppins and The Sound of Music.3
